KAYALAR GRUP’s production facilities spread over a total area of 51,000 m² and various parts of Istanbul (1,500 m² showroom in Topkapı, 7,000 m² production and warehouse), 5-storey 2,500 m² showroom in Kasımpaşa, 45,000 m² (open and closed production facility) in Büyükçekmece are routinely inspected by international inspection and quality institutions. As Kayalar Industrial Kitchen Industry and Trade Inc., we are proud and privileged to be one of the oldest companies in our sector that implements ISO 9001:2000 production and TSE, CE, Gost product certificates and creates a difference in quality. Our Industrial Kitchen products are definitely made of stainless steel in AISI 304 norms. All components used in our machines and equipment are supplied by suppliers that apply international standards in our sector. Our products are manufactured by a specially trained and expert staff, paying attention to both metal processing and hygiene (HACCP) rules. Kayalar Plastik A.Ş., one of the first established companies of our group, offers its customers over 1300 products with high quality and innovative designs with plastic injection machine parks from 500 tons to 1800 tons in its production facilities. Kayalar Plastik AŞ produces products such as carrying cases, pallets, thermo boxes, thermo tray trays, dishwasher baskets, garbage containers, traffic safety equipment and signs, automotive parts under the Kayaplas brand.
Kayalarmed Medical Products Inc.
Kayalar Medikal Inc., which produces stainless steel hospital equipment and devices by making layout projects for hospital equipment and furniture, provides services to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, dispensaries and various health institutions. Kayalar Medikal Inc. product groups include device stands, shelf systems, cabinets, morgue units, gasil washing tables, doctor hand washing sinks, carts, waste buckets, serum carts, tables and sinks, sterilization and hygiene products, dressing carts, catheter washing units, bathtubs, wall hangers, patient food thermo trays, etc.

Our company, which is the first manufacturer in Turkey in the production of plastic garden furniture, STAR Garden Furniture, which it produces with the slogan “The Difference of Comfort”, offers special solutions for every taste in its subject. With its ergonomic and stylish designs, it produces seating groups such as armchairs, chairs, tables, stools, service carts, chaise lounges, coffee tables, etc. in plastic and metal in different colors and patterns in its production portfolio.
